With New Customer Accounts, the customer experience is streamlined, but you still need to handle different scenarios for customers who place orders:- Enrolled customers - Already signed in and eligible for the loyalty program
- New members - Checked “Join program” at checkout and are automatically opted in
- Potential customers - Placed an order without signing in or joining the program
Prerequisites
- Klaviyo integration must be set up and working
- Your loyalty program must be configured in Lantern
- New Customer Accounts enabled in your Shopify store
